had a chinese speaking instructor for my driving lesson today, for some reason or other, though it dont really make wonder, i understood his instructions better then i could with the other instructors, and my chinese really sucks. he's a very nice chap and i felt extremely calm on the road. without a feeling of rebellion, i resisted stepping slightly harder on the accelerator pedal when ever he told me to slow down. todays lesson made a lot of sense, his teaching methods are very agreeable i think with most people, he gave me a few personal pointers on countering road situations, and he was right when he said not many instructors would stress to that extent. he's one of those people in the world that makes learning a hell lot easier. i hope i meet tutors like that in school.
